PhaZZer One Year Manufacturer Warranty Guarantee Policy
PhaZZer® provides a one-year full replacement warranty on all PhaZZer® Brand Products. NO CASH REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The limited warranty set forth below is provided by PhaZZer® for All PhaZZer® Brand Products purchased. The PhaZZer® Brand Products purchased with this limited warranty are the only products to which this warranty applies. It is the policy of PhaZZer® to arrange an RMA ( return merchandise authorization) for the Customer following the RMA procedure listed below.
- The customer must first call Customer Service at (833) 742-9937 to attempt to troubleshoot the issue. If it is determined that a defective issue exists, the Customer must provide the following information:
- Customer name
- Customer Address
- Product Name, Serial Number, and Nature of Defect
- Copy of the original Receipt/Invoice showing date and location of purchase.

All information is required to confirm the validity of the warranty. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. A replacement unit will be shipped out after confirmation of the defective inspection at no additional cost to the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the return.
Any PhaZZer® Brand Product, when delivered to a customer in new condition in its original packaging, is warranted against material defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Defective units returned to PhaZZer® and proven to be defective upon inspection will be FULLY REPLACED with a new unit or exchanged for a refurbished or repaired unit, as determined by PhaZZer®. If a product has been discontinued, the unit will be replaced with a unit that has similar or more advanced features as PhaZZer Technology progresses. This limited warranty covers all defects that occur in normal use of any PhaZZer® Brand Product and DOES NOT apply in the following circumstances:
- Loss of or damage due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by the customer, alteration, accident, and electrical current fluctuations
- Failure to follow operating, maintenance, or environmental instructions described in the User Manual
- Services performed by an unauthorized PhaZZer® Dealer or any other unauthorized person.
- Additionally, water damage, sand/dust/corrosion damage, damage due to impact, scratches, abrasions, damage to the housing, or other accidental damage that has been determined to have resulted from misuse, abuse, or failure to operate the units as established in the operating instructions.

PhaZZer Enforcer Battery Warranty Policy
PhaZZer Enforcer batteries are covered for a 1 year period from the date of purchase which is determined by Sales Invoice.
PhaZZer Ammunition Cartridge Warranty Policy
PhaZZer Ammunition Cartridges are individually sealed and have a shelf life of 5 years from date of manufacture. You can find this printed on the Ammunition Cartridge itself. The warranty of the Ammunition Cartridge is covered for a 1 year period from the date of purchase, not of manufacture.
Return Policy
Shipping & Returns:
PhaZZer® is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your needs for any reason, you may return your item for a store credit or an exchange of equal value within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact us at (833) 742-9937 to receive instructions on returning your purchase. All products come with a full one-year warranty and will be replaced, repaired, or exchanged for a product of equal or greater value at our discretion. NO CASH REFUNDS! Shipping is non-refundable. Shipping to and from PhaZZer® is at the customer’s expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type, and location.
Optional 2 or 4 Year Extended Manufacturer Warranty Guarantee
The optional extended warranties for a PhaZZer Enforcer CEW can be purchased at the point of sale or any time before the expiration of the standard 1-year warranty. The extended warranty runs from the date of receipt of the extended warranty through the balance of the 1-Year Limited Warranty plus the term of the extended warranty after the expiration of the Full 1-Year Limited Warranty.
PhaZZer Enforcer/Dragon Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
PhaZZer® will replace, free of charge, any PhaZZer Conductive Energy Weapon (CEW) that has been lost or stolen during an incident where the PhaZZer CEW had been used in self-defense or otherwise, within one year following the altercation, if the customer provides the following information to PhaZZer®:
- Copy of the official police report documenting the incident, details of the use of the product in self-defense, and confirmation of the loss of the product
- Proof of purchase of the product (receipt, purchase order, or invoice)
- Customer’s name, phone number, and physical address of location where the replacement will be sent. ( No P.O. Boxes Allowed)
- Information will be provided by email to support@phazzer.info.
The purchaser is responsible for any expedited shipping or handling costs for the replacement CEW. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or extends to 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage to the Owner.
Reseller/Dealer Accountability
Reseller/Dealer must comply with the instructions set forth in this policy. All Resellers/Dealers must provide PhaZZer® with the following information within 48 hours of the sale of the PhaZZer Enforcer/Dragon unit(s). The information is to be provided to sales@phazzerus.com or support@phazzer.info.
- Purchasing Agency
- Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email
- Date of Purchase
- Product, Quantity, and Serial Number (s) (all in block format so they can be loaded into an Excel Document).
PhaZZer® will keep a record of all information provided for reference should a defective issue or incident report arise. This record will initiate the manufacturer's one-year warranty guarantee to the end user and ensure that the PhaZZer Enforcer/Dragon units are traceable and accountable to the end user if the units become lost, stolen, recovered, or used in a crime.
Reseller/Dealer Returns and Warranty Policy
NO CASH REFUNDS.
Reseller/Dealer must follow our RMA guidelines regarding returns and warranty issues.
- The Reseller/Dealer must first call Customer Service at (833) 742-9937 to attempt to troubleshoot the issue. If it is determined that a defective issue exists, the Reseller/Dealer must provide the following information:
- Customer name
- Customer Address
- Product Name, Serial Number, and Nature of Defect
- Copy of the original Receipt/Invoice showing date and location of purchase.
All information is required to confirm the validity of the warranty. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. The customer shall ship the defective item to the address specified in the RMA instructions at their own expense. Upon receipt of the defect, PhaZZer® will ship the replacement within 48 hrs.
Failure to comply with the Dealer/Reseller Warranty Policy can result in the cancellation or reclassification of the Dealer/Reseller Account cancellation/reclassification.
BE ADVISED: IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS POLICY, THE WARRANTY START DATE BEGINS AT THE DATE OF SALE TO THE RESELLER / DEALER.
