What you'll need

• Your PhaZZer Instructor certificate number (printed on your Instructor certificate)
• The date of the practical
• Each Operator's first name, last name and email (the email they bought or started the course with). Paste a list or upload a CSV/Excel roster.

The practical checklist

• Function (spark) test performed correctly
• Safe handling, holster draw and re-holster
• Warning arc demonstrated
• Two live cartridge deployments with probes in the preferred target zone
• Post-deployment procedures and probe removal reviewed
• DataPort firing record download reviewed

List only Operators who completed every item. PhaZZer verifies your sign-off and unlocks each Operator's certificate, usually within 1–2 business days. Operators then log in once with the same email to download their certificate.
